Our goal is to help you identify and work toward the changes you desire in your life and relationships, while providing you with the skills and tools to become more mindful, resilient, and compassionate toward yourself and the others in your life.
30 Minute Consultation
In your consultation, we will discuss your goals and what you are looking to accomplish with hypnotherapy. This also gives us both the opportunity to see if we are a match. Sometimes people just don't mesh; our consultation will be great way to find out about our compatibility
Your First Session
In your first session, we will go over many things:
Your goals for hypnotherapy.
How hypnosis works to make the changes you want.
Test your suggestibility.
Your initial induction to hypnosis.
Second Session and Beyond
Here we will discuss your progress from the previous session(s), your goals for this session and the future, and going into hypnosis to work on today's goals.
Scheduling, Payment and Cancellations
Appointments made are scheduled for a 60-minute/90-minute block of time with 50/80 minutes for your session and a 10 minute window for me to note your file.
Schedule adherence is crucial and cannot run over if you are late. Always test Zoom link before a session to make sure there are no issues which will interfere with your booked session.
Deposit or Payment in full is to be made at the time the appointment is made.
You will forfeit your deposit or payment in full for your appointment if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours to your scheduled appointment time or no-show for your appointment. And if you are invoiced for any service your card on file will be charged the full amount of any deposit or session fees in full.
